The currency is not the wallet's country currency.

Why it happens
Each country settles in its own currency: UG in UGX, KE in KES, GH in GHS. There is no currency conversion.
What to do
Send the currency that matches the phone number's country (or, for a withdrawal, the payout wallet's country).
