We cannot tell which network the number belongs to.

Why it happens
The number's prefix is not in our telco table, or the range is known to be shared or ported. SkanPay never guesses which network holds a wallet, because a wrong guess sends money down the wrong rail.
What to do
Ask the payer which network they use and send network: "MTN" or network: "AIRTEL".
